Stock Availability
If you would like to check on the immediate availability of stock, we suggest that you contact us by telephone on 01303 875380. We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of all stock lines. If a product is out of stock we'll give you the best information we can on a estimated delivery date.

Out of Stock Items
We will never debit your credit or debit card for items that are not in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly shown on your receipt. Any out of stock item(s) are not charged for until they can be despatched.

Delivery Outside UK (Mainland)
If you live in one of the areas below and are purchasing large or heavy items such as dart boards, cabinets, mats, surrounds etc free delivery does not apply.
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly.

Returns and Refunds
We do hope that you will be pleased with your selection from Darts.co.uk. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, it would be most helpful if you could contact us by telephone first.

If you want to return an unwanted product, this must be returned to us in its original, unopened condition. All unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it. We will then refund you the money that you have paid us for that product. (Postage charges cannot be refunded) We aim to keep this process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Very Important - Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any 'customised' items. Any complete items that have been made up to your specific requirements cannot be returned if you have specified the wrong items or decide you do not like the bat.

Returns Address
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection we suggest that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. (Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded Delivery'). Please send your return(s) to us at the following address:

Exchanges
We would like our customers to be pleased with their purchases. To obtain an exchange, the goods must be returned carefully in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please enclose a note which clearly shows your name, address, contact telephone number along with an indication of the new goods that you require.

Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, we will replace the item or refund the product cost in full. You will need to notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving the goods This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Complaints
We welcome all feedback regarding our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. If you feel you have a complaint to make, please call us.
